I am an interior planning student and we just bought our first home a couple of several weeks ago. It's a 20 years old townhouse &#038 we purchased for a smaller amount compared to comps (same size &#038 layout) within our neighborhood happen to be selling for. To date, we have changed the kitchen at home counter tops, home appliances, and kitchen floor. We have re-colored nearly everything to some neutral beige color. In February., whenever we do our taxes, we are likely to replace all of our carpet throughout our home, get new home windows, a brand new door, and new sliding clear glass door within our kitchen. We are likely to be carrying out a lot!
